On research methods:

Qualitative research uses general research questions and methods , researchers   tend to understand individuals’ perception , using non numerical data unstructured data.

There are five approaches to inquiry which are common approaches to qualitative research : narrative, grounded theory, case study, ethnography and phenomenology.

Quantitative research relies on collecting facts, studying relationships, between variables and facts, using numerical data structured setting of research and information gathering tools, and predetermined questions., researcher had to make a decision about which figures ,variables to select .it enables researchers to get to layers of information and interpretation from results.
